The Lodis Forum Survey: Women in Private Company Board Leadership
The Lodis Forum
There is conclusive evidence that diversity in the boardroom improves a company's performance. Research has shown that women are less likely to hold leadership positions in the board room, and yet, if a woman is in a board leadership role, there is a greater likelihood of board diversity. Only 4% of public companies women board chairs, and there is almost no data about women in private company board leadership roles. The Lodis Forum aims to change that.
Please complete this survey to provide data for private company boards.
All responses will be kept confidential. Anyone who participates in the survey will get a copy of the survey results. Participate now to see how your company stacks up against other private companies.
