I am originally from Guatemala but lived in Miami and Hong Kong growing up. I went to undergrad at Georgetown University in Washington DC and moved to Mexico City right after. Before Kellogg, I worked at Bain & Company and Kavak.com, Mexico's first unicorn company.

At Kellogg, I am majoring in Marketing and Strategy and am also involved in K-Latam, as the Careers Director. Post-MBA, I hope to specialize in Retail Customer Experience and this summer I will be interning at McDonalds on their Global Customer Experience team.

Family business is engrained into how I was raised. On my mom's side I am a 4th generation of a large supermarket chain in Central America that was sold about a decade ago. As a result of this, my family decided to use the funds to create and investment fund GD Holdings, at which I am 3rd generation. On my dad's side, I am 2nd generation in a real estate consulting firm called Intus, also based in Guatemala.

KFBO is by far my favorite club at Kellogg! It brings together students from all over the world with different work and personal experiences. It has become an important support network as I navigate getting more involved in my family business. I love being able to share concerns and ask for advice because many of my peers are facing similar challenges. Hopefully I can further develop my FEC and KFBO friendships through my time at Kellogg!
