On October 6th, 2018, ColourPop Cosmetics hosted a special one-day Kellogg Center for Family Enterprises Continuity Conference at its headquarters in Oxnard, California.

The program was co-hosted by the Center, Kellogg Family Business Alumni Network and ColourPop / SEED Beauty and represented the first time the Center delivered content, context and conversation to alumni off campus.

Attendees were given a private tour of the ColourPop and SEED Beauty labs by Co-Founder and CEO John Nelson '02, who also shared the ColourPop Story and answered questions during a luncheon live case session.

In addition, Kellogg Professors Justin Craig and Jose Maria Liberti along with John Rompon, Managing Partner and Family Office Private Investor of Marjo Investments LLC, gave presentations on Governance and Family HR Planning, Valuation and Finance Challenges, and Family Office considerations.
