Edward Brenninkmeyer

Cofra Holding AG

Edward is a sixth-generation family member of Cofra Holdings AG. He began his career in C&A;, the family retail business, where he worked in marketing and operations roles in Germany and Brazil.

Outside of the family business, Edward worked for Coca-Cola, One Equity Partners and Birch Hill Equity Partners' Citron Hygiene. He received a BA in History with Distinction from the University of Virginia, was awarded the Dean's Award from Stanford's SIGM Program and holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where he was President of the Rugby Club.

He is also Chairman of the President's Young Advisory Board at EARTH University. Edward and his wife have three young children and love spending time outdoors


Anne Eiting Klamar M.D.

Chair of the Midmark Board of Directors
Former President and CEO of Midmark Corporation.

Anne brings additional leadership experience from numerous boards in which she serves, including Professional Women in Healthcare, Little Rapids Corporation and several others. She is on The Ohio State University Foundation Board of Directors and the Board of Overseers of Penn Dental Medicine. Anne is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and has been a director of Midmark Corporation since August 1993.



Enrico Leta

Managing Partner, Yorgus & Vitalatte

Enrico is a third-generation family member of Zona Sul, a high-end grocery chain in Brazil. He is also the co-founder and managing partner at Yorgus & Vitalatte, a manufacturer of clean label cheeses and yogurts in Rio de Janeiro. Enrico launched the first authentic greek yogurt in the Brazilian market in 2014, now distributed nationally and one of the top yogurt brands in the country. Before Yorgus, Enrico had experiences in consulting and finance in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

Enrico graduated with an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in 2011 and a B.S. in Management from Boston University in 2004.


Jay L. Owen, Jr.

Managing Partner, DOM Capital Group

Jay is a Managing Partner of DOM Capital Group, a firm he co-founded in 2008 to build iconic, consumer focused businesses that have a lasting impact on people's lives. DOM brings decades of operating experience and relationships to partner with entrepreneurs and founders in growing their businesses. Prior to DOM Capital, Jay was an Executive Director at JP Morgan and also held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. He currently is a board of director for Kona Deep, Suckerpunch Gourmet, and Tortas Frontera and is a former board member for Freshii.

Jay received a B.S. degree from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

He actively participates on the Board of Trustees for the Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago where he chairs the Buildings and Grounds Committee, The Northwestern University Leadership Council Board, The Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center Advisory Board, and Loyola University Board of Regents. He and his wife Shawna are also actively involved in the Foundation for Fighting Blindness as well as the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is a past board member of Teach for America and the Chicago Botanic Garden.



Jonathan Russell

Board Member, Milliken & Company
VP/GM of CUES, Inc

Jonathan is a fifth-generation family member and currently serves on the board of directors of Milliken & Co., a 155-year-old textile and chemical company. He served on the family council for six years -- four of them as Chair -- and has participated in many committees and initiatives across the governance system over the last 20 years.

Jonathan currently works as VP/GM of CUES, Inc., an Orlando-based manufacturer of pipeline inspection equipment owned by public parent company SPX. Prior to this role he worked at Tektronix (parent Danaher, then Fortive) for ten years in a variety of escalating leadership roles.

Jonathan graduated with an MBA from Kellogg in 2010 and a BA from Stanford University in 2000.



Todd Schurz

President and Chief Executive Officer, Schurz Communications, Inc.

Todd F. Schurz has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Schurz Communications, Inc. since July 1, 2007.

Schurz Communications, Inc. (SCI) is a diversified privately-owned, communications company, with five broadband companies and managed cloud services companies. Geographically, SCI has a presence in the United States in Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The company also has operations in Great Britain and Romania.

Prior to joining Schurz Communications, Inc. in 1989, Todd worked for the Times Journal Company in Springfield, Virginia, and for the New York Daily News during graduate school. He was the President and Publisher of Associated Desert Shoppers in Palm Desert, California, from 1991-1995. He served as the President, Editor and Publisher of the South Bend Tribune from 1995 until February 2000. He served as SCI's Vice President of Technology and Business Development from 2000 to 2005, and President and General Manager of WSBT Television from July 2002 to September 30, 2005. He then served as SCI President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2007.

Todd was born in San Francisco, California, attended Brown University in Rhode Island, and graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics. He later received his Master of Business Administration in 1989 from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Marketing and Management.

Todd currently serves on the boards of 1st Source Corporation, Herschend Enterprises (lead independent director), EBSCO Industries, and the University of Notre Dame College of Arts & Letters Advisory Council. He has served on the boards of the CBS Television Network Affiliates Association, News Media Alliance, American Press Institute (API), and Mutual Insurance Company Limited. He is a former Chair of the Memorial Hospital Board, Beacon Health Foundation, Chamber of Commerce of St. Joseph County, Poynter Institute's National Advisory Board, and Hoosier State Press Association's Foundation. He has served on numerous other community organization boards, including United Way, Project Future, Regional Approach to Progress, and the Community Foundation.



Keech Combe Shetty

Executive Chair, Combe Incorporated

Keech is Executive Chair and the third generation to manage the operations of Combe Incorporated. Keech is an active member in her industry's trade associations and she serves on the boards of both the Consumer Health Products Association, the trade association for over-the-counter drugs, and as the Chair of the Board of the Personal Care Products Council, the beauty industry trade association.

Philanthropically, Keech is passionate about education and serves on the Global Advisory Board of Kellogg School of Management. She also serves on the Board and is the President of the Parents association for Stephen Gaynor School in New York City which specializes in educating children with language-based learning differences. Keech is also committed to non-profits that tackle some of the most challenging issues the world faces. She is a special advisor, and former Board member, to the Edna Adan Hospital Foundation, which is dedicated to increasing access to skilled public health professionals for women in Somaliland. Since its inceptions, Keech has been actively involved with One Acre Fund which is dedicated to eradicating generations of starvation in Africa and today serves over 2.6 million farmers across six countries in Africa feeding over 12 million people.

Keech graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Political Science and International studies. Upon graduation she worked at Estee Lauder Companies before getting her MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She joined Combe Inc. in 2006 and has held several leadership positions over the last 14 years.



Felix Siman

VP and Managing Director, Unicomer Group

Felix is a fourth-generation member of the Siman Family, a multinational group founded in 1921. The Siman Group (Milady Associates Ltd) owns and operates department stores, specialty retail stores, consumer finance lending and textile manufacturing operations with over 35k associates operating in 24 countries.

Felix joined one of the group's companies, the Unicomer Group in 2005 where he currently serves as a VP and Managing Director. Felix has also served for over 6 years as a Board Member of Milady Associates Ltd, the group's holding company. He earned a BBA from the University of Miami (FL) in 2004 and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2012. Felix resides in Miami, FL with his wife and two kids where he volunteers his time as President of FESA USA (Foundation Educating a Salvadoran).
